ONAHILLS informs you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data before the Data Controller, as well as revoke the consent given.
Right of Access: This is your right to obtain information about your specific personal data and what processing has been or is being carried out on them, as well as the information available about the origin of such data and the communications made or planned.
Right of rectification: This is your right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data. Such rectification may only be made with respect to information under the control of the APP, for example, the deletion of comments posted on the site itself, images or web content containing your personal data.

The communication sent by the interested party requesting the exercise of a specific right must comply with the following legal requirements:
o Name and surname of the interested party and copy of the National Identity Card or Foreigner’s Identity Card or any other identifying document. In the exceptional cases in which representatives are admitted, they must also identify themselves in the same manner, in addition to the document accrediting their status as representative. The photocopy of the National Identity Card may be substituted by other documents that prove the identity by any other means valid in Law.
o The specific content of the request. (In which you request the information you wish to access). If you do not refer to a specific file, you will be provided with all the information contained in your personal data. If you request information from a specific file, you will only be given the information contained in that file. If you request information about a third party, you will be denied in all cases. If you request the information by telephone, you will be asked to put your request in writing; you will be told how to do this and the address to which you should send your request. You will never be given information over the phone.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), ONAHILLS informs the user that it has created a profile on the social network(s) Twitter, Instagram, with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.
The user has a profile in the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by ONAHILLS, thus showing his interest in the information made public through the Network. By joining our site, you consent to our use of the personal information posted on your profile.
The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, or can configure his or her profile in a way that guarantees his or her privacy.
ONAHILLS has access to and processes users’ public information, especially their contact name. This information is only used within the Social Network. It is not incorporated into any type of file.

ONAHILLS will perform the following actions:

Post any information already available on the ONAHILLS website in your user profile.
Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.
Update the status of your page, which will be published in your user profile.
Users can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, you will need to access your privacy settings.
Publications
Once joined to the ONAHILLS page, the user will be able to publish on the page comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. In any case, the user must hold the ownership of such content, and must hold the rights of authorship and intellectual property on them, or have the consent of the affected third parties. It is expressly prohibited any content posted on the site, whether text, graphics, videos, etc. that violates morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, as well as any content that violates intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law. In such circumstances, ONAHILLS reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
ONAHILLS is not responsible for the contents freely published by a user.
The user must take into account that his publications will be seen by other users. Consequently, you are primarily responsible for protecting your own privacy.
The images published on the page will not be stored in any type of file by ONAHILLS, but will remain on the Social Network.
Contests and Promotions
ONAHILLS reserves the right to organize contests and promotions, in which users connected to its site may participate. When the Social Network is used for these contests and promotions, the terms and conditions will be posted on the Social Network. All this always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and other applicable regulations.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer in any way any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
Garments or prizes won through sweepstakes and contests cannot be returned.
Advertising
ONAHILLS will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any case, if they decide to process your contact data for direct commercial actions of prospecting, they will always do so in compliance with the RGPD and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending the ONAHILLS website to other users so that they can also enjoy the promotions offered therein or keep informed of its activity shall not be considered advertising.
